Tracking changes and file size
Having tracked changes I am left with a document that is excessively large
for emailing. How can I strip out all the tracking to leave me with a "clean" final document that will presumably be greatly reduced in size? Suggestions will be greatly appreciated. |

Make a copy of your document if you want to preserve the markup in the
original. In the copy, Accept All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document. -- Suzanne S.
