Default how to make the Word write bibliography in harvard style?

Word doesn't offer that feature. About all Word will do automatically is
number, renumber, and place footnotes and endnotes--it will not manipulate
the text of references.

There are third party bibliographic management software programs you can
buy--e.g., EndNote, ProCite, Reference Manager.
