Is there a way to change default settings for comments in Word?
Hi kateswan59
Such as set the comments on the left side of the page? No. That's up to the reader of the document. You create the comments; but if you send the document to me, I get to decide whether, how and where to display them. Change the word comment to instruction or something similar? As far as I know, the word "Comment" can't be changed. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly. Microsoft MVP. http://www.shaunakelly.com/word "kateswan59" wrote in message ...
