Default Cursor at bottom of page

When I open a new document in Word my cursor is at the bottom of the page.
It use to be at the top. When I push return the cursor moves up on the
document. How do I fix this.

In Word, click on File | Page Setup | Layout tab | Vertical
alignment: Top | Apply to: Whole document | OK.
