After I create a text box, how do I get rid of the border?
After I create a text box, I can't get rid of the border that is
automatically created. I've tried to use the "none" setting under Borders but it doesn't work. |

Right-click on the border and pick Format Textbox from the menu. Change the
line color to "no line." You may also want to change the fill color to "no fill." -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
