My company has a volume license for Office 2003. I am trying to download a
template from MS Office online
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...43281033.aspx). Before
downloading, the site requires me to enter my license key for Word. I enter
my company's volume license key, but it tells me that it's not a valid key,
so I'm unable to download any templates. I've double checked, and I'm
positive that I'm entering the key correctly. Any suggestions?

You should contact Microsoft support. FWIW, when I clicked
your link and chose
a template there was no prompt for any information. I also
note that the
templates listed on this page are for PUBLISHER, not for
Word (this is a
Word-specific newsgroup).
