Default Save As is not working

Back in November and December there was a discussion when you clicked on
Save As there was a message that came up saying "The macro cannot be found or
has been disabled due to your Macro Security settings." We are running into
this problem sporadically. Documents are on a shared drive. User A opens up
a document and can save as just fine, User B opens the same document and gets
the message. I tried everything Suzanne Barnhill suggested. We ran Ad-
Aware and Spybot to clean up the computer before we tried her suggestions.
I opened a copy of Word without any add-ins to see if it was an add-in
problem and still get the message. My users and I are very frustrated.
Help! We are running Word 2002 SP-1.

I'm pretty sure someone finally figured out what was causing that problem,
but I'm not sure how I'd go about searching for that post.

The original thread that I saw started on November 3, 2004. I guess I'll
just have to go through every post since then. Thanks.
