Default embed objects in word template

I would like to know if it possible to embed a graphic (logo) in a letterhead
along with text fields so that they cannot be edited, moved or changed. Once
that is done can one still type text and add fields? I want to create
letterhead templates to be used electronically instead of pre-printing first.

Not really. The best you can do is explained in these articles:

How can I prevent users from editing the header of a document in Word 2000
or higher?
