Mail Merge Address Block Spacing Issue
I am having a hard time getting my address block in a form letter to be
single spaced. I have it set to single spaced but it still looks double spaced. Any ideas? |

Mail Merge Address Block Spacing Issue
Try:
a. use Alt-F9 to show the "field codes". You should see something that starts with { ADDRESSBLOCK b. Select that paragraph, and make sure that it is formatted as single-spaced. (I know this is what you say you have tried, but it is possible that you have actually tried to set the /result/ of the field as single-spaced, and that's not the same thing). c. use Alt-F9 again to show the result. d. try the merge.
