Default How do I make pasted text match the body's font?

This is one of the most annoying things about Word that I encounter over and
over. Say I paste a Supreme Court quote from WestLaw (a web site) into a
paper I'm writing in Word. It upsets me when the inserted quote has the
formatting of the web site, not my paper. 99.9% percent of the time, if I
paste into a Word document I want it to match the body of my paper. I'm sure
this is true for most people. Is there any way I can make Word do the
sensible thing by default?

Edit | Paste Special | As unformatted text. If you have Word 2002 or 2003,
you can select the paste format using the Paste Options button.
