Default Track Changes in Word 2002

When I email a track changes document, the recipient sees all tracked changes
in different colors, even though I chose all RED for any changes I made to
the document. Any ideas why this is happening?

It is the individual users track changes settings that determine how they
see track changes. Your settings have no effect in this case.
