how to make inches not points the default page margin value
Recently, the margin values in 'page setup' for a Word document changed from
inches to points. How can I change them back to inches as the default value? |

First thing to check: ToolsOptionsGeneral, make sure the Measurement Units:

at this computer as I have tried over and over to change the default. The first link to the support address fixed it! Thank you! Just repeat the message "Thank you!" in your head for about a minute
straight. That way I don't have to type it out, but that's how grateful I am. What a strange thing to see. I never would have figured that out! Now all the formatting makes sense again! Yay!
