Ctrl + Shift + N Shortcut Key
I use Word 2007 and found the following when using Ctrl+Shift+N:
a. if the cursor is in a paragraph (or paragraph text is selected including the paragraph mark), the style changes to Normal and "direct paragraph" formatting is removed, but "direct font" formatting is retained. b. if some paragraph text is selected (but NOT the paragraph mark), the only change is that the direct font formatting is removed from the selected text. I didn't expect behavior "b" -- since this is the same result as Ctrl+Spacebar and since in behavior "a" the direct font formatting is NOT removed. David |
