Mouse (highlight) problem
My Word came with a new Vista Comp about 5 months ago. I'm not a power user
by any stretch but I've been using word processors for 15 years. Recently, as I closed out of a document, an error window appeared that said "Windows has stopped working..." I didn't think much of it until the next time I went to work on my document. First, I tried to open my doc from a shortcut on my desk top. It only started Word. I had to "manually" open my document. And then, I couldn't highlight any text (right click and drag). The mouse works fine other than highlighting text. Every time I close the program I get the "Windows has stopped working..." I have "repaired" from the disc twice and it's exactly the same. |
