I need to do something like this

Header 1
HeaderText

And the table of content should generate
Header 1 Header Text

It's simple new line after the numbering but before the title... Simple but
can't be done by me.

Although you can do this manually (you set the character following the
paragraph number as "(nothing)" and then insert the line break manually; the
TOC will interpret the line break as a space), I prefer the two-style
approach described at
