Default How to make reviewing comments go & stay away?

I remove the reviewing comments from a document and save it, yet, when I call
the document back, the reviewing comments are back. How do I make them go
away and stay away. Please help.

Thanks.

I suspect that you only changed to Final view on the Reviewing
toolbar, which hides tracked changes and comments, but does not
remove them. You need click on the "Accept All Tracked Changes"
and "Delete All Comments" commands on the Reviewing toolbar. See

and

for more information.
