my letterhead appears on all pages. It should be only on page 1.
How can I have my letterhead appear ONLY on page 1of Word 2003. It now
appears on ALL pages. I do NOT want it to appear on pages 2, 3, 4, etc. |

You need to put in a First Page Header. See here for step-by-step

Thank you for the advise, but I was unable to get it to work. I do not know
