Default Drop down form field added but nolist in drop down

I have about 10 names in the drop-down field form box but the only way I can
choose a name is by double-clicking the field and choosing from the list.

I want a drop down with an arrow and chose from a list that actually drops
down.

What can I do?

You have to protect the document for forms.
