Section breaks are intefering with pagination and printing.
My document contains 13 sections.
page 1 of section 1 shows and prints the pagination correctly. Page {page} of {sectionpages} displays and prints Page 1 of 13. the rest of the pages in section 1, and the following sections then disply correctly on screen, however when printing Page 2 of 2 (or whatever page number it is) is printed. What is happening, and how do I fix it so that the printed document is what is appearing on screen? Thanks |

Hi Kneally,
There have been some issue it seems with this in several Word versions http://word.mvps.org/faqs/apperrors/PageXofY.htm If this is is Word 2003 do you show "SP1" in Help=About? There was an issue with this where only the first section/numpages result was updated that was repaired by installing Service Pack 1 for Office 2003 http://officeupdate.com ======= "Kneally" wrote in message ...
