Default how do i insert a gif image in word that moves when viewed

Using Windows XP, Word 2003. I want to create a word document viewable on a
network shared drive. I have found a piece of clipart which is a GIF image.
I want to insert that into my document so the image moves when the document
opens.

My document, at the moment, shows the still image
