Default Last Date Printed

I used to have an option in the Header and Footer area to have the Last date
printed.

Is this still available in word 2007 and Excel 2007, ie in the office suite?

It is still available
Insert Quickparts Field Printdate
or just type CTRL+F9 then in the brackets so created {} type Printdate then
F9 to update and If necessary Alt+F9 to toggle the display.
