Hi!

When I select some words and starts typing, word starts to insert this nez
text instead of overtyping.

I tried to change it via ToolsOptionsEditOvertype Mode

but that did not resolve the problem.

Any other ideas?

Check the "Typing replaces selection" option in Tools | Options, Edit
tab.
