how to schedule a macro with a hyperlink

Is it possible to schedule a Macro with a hyperlink within Word? I think there's a language problem here. "Schedule" means to prepare for execution at some later time. Word doesn't do scheduling of anything. If you meant to ask whether it's possible to execute a macro by calling it with a hyperlink, the answer is no, hyperlinks "jump" to a location. They do not execute macros. Word does have a somewhat similar idea, called a MacroButton field, with which you can execute a macro. See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFl...acroButton.htm for details. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
