Only part of letter prints after adding an envelope to document
When I write a letter in word (in Office XP) and print it, all is OK, but, if
I go to 'Envelopes and Labels Wizard' and add the envelope to the document and then print, only about half of the letter prints. It usually cuts off below the address block and can split a line of text so that only the top half of the sentence is printed at the cut off point. I've tried altering the margins etc.with no effect. If I try print preview it always shows the entire document the first try but if the preview page is closed and opened again it often shows the cut off version, but not always. I get the same problem on another computer running 'Office 2000 - Proffessional' Any ideas? |

Did you by change delete or hide the section break between the envelope and
letter? This could cause Word to use the envelope paper size for the letter. -- Suzanne S.
