When I open Letters and Mailings, I have only four options, none of which is
the Mail Merge Wizard. Can someone please help me find the wizard? I am
using MSWord from Office 2003 Professional Edition.

What are the four options that you see?

I see:

Mail Merge ...
Show Mail Merge Toolbar
Envelopes and Labels
Letter Wizard ...

The first item invokes the Mail Merge Wizard, but I would suggest that
instead that you select the second item and then use the Mail Merge Toolbar
as the Wizard has a verbal diarrhea problem that confuses more people than
it helps. The toolbar has all of the buttons on it that you need to
complete the mailmerge.

You say you have only 4 options available when you choose 'Letters and
Mailings' (under the Tools Menu)--there are only four options available and
one of those four (at the very top of the list) is the Mail Merge wizard.
Once you choose that a menu on the right hand side of your screen is
shown--here you are prompted by the mail merge wizard to choose various
options. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Didi: in other places in various Office apps, the actual title WIZARD
appears. We novices sometimes overlook the obvious. We are up and running
now at the non-profit where this problem arose. You have done a good deed!
