I have some users running Word 2002.

One of the templates we use is a document that has hyper links to 2 PDF
documents on the c:\ drive of their PC's. When they hold down Ctrl and
click the link something pops up for a split second but then nothing
else happens. I have tested removing the users from Group Policy and
also setting them to Local Administrator on their own PC's. Neither of
these has solved the problem.

Any ideas?
