Default Mirosoft Word XP 2003

I try to save a doc, and it turns it to a ~temp file, and I lose all my
information. WHY? It doesn't do this all the time.

Hi

Are you opening a document from an email, and then working on it? If so, you
need to save the document from the email to your hard drive. Then do File
Open in Word to open the file.

Hope this helps.
