Default Blank Pages

Hello,

I have a report with a TOC, chapters, appendices, and a reference section.
I need to break the sections up with blank pages. These blank pages cannot
have a header and footer or page numbers like the rest of the document. How
do I create a page within a word document without a page number, header and
footer but the pages on either side continue with the page number, header and
footer? I appreciate your time.

Section Break before and after the page. Then within both the header and
footer uncheck the option on Hdr/Ftr toolbar for 'Same As Previous'. Uncheck
that same box for the following section. Then the hdr/ftr changes made in
this new section apply for that section.
