Default can you set words so you can type between them and not move them?

Yes i am making lables and have put in all the words that are used over and
over agin but every time that i try to type between them it pushes the next
word further away how do i keep it from doing that.

What on earth would you like to happen? If the words don't move to make room
for your inserted text then the only two other possibilities are to type
over them or replace them. This is elementary formatting.

Are you trying to set this up without using a table? That would be
difficult (or even impossible). There are label templates for Word at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...s/default.aspx

Would Overwrite work? It's the OVR block at the bottom of the
screen. With that it will overwrite spaces instead of pushing
them out on you. It'll also overwrite text if you're not careful
to watch for when the spaces are gone, though.
