[OCD victim]

I've had the exact same problem for years, and can't seem to find any solution for deleting the pair of Style Sets at the top of the drop down menu.

On the theory that something else we both installed caused it, the
likely culprits in my case are Office 2010 RTM and Visual Studio 2010.
