Default Inconsistent formatting in Word 2007

When new paragraphs using my "Body" style are created some have the first
line indented and some don't. My style definition does not call for this
indent and none of the controls for indenting or removing spaces or even
redefining the style will eliminate this indentation. I suspect it has
something to do with the Review mode but not sure what.
