Its €śheels€ť, as Doug and Suzanne confirmed. Note that if you write the following in Office 2007: when he should be cooling his heals in jail or hiding away in one remote corner of the world You will see a blue squiggly line under €śheals€ť and the suggestion offered by the contextual speller (if you right-click on heals) is €śheels€ť.
