Default mail merge in 2003

How do I get the old mail merge menu in 2003. The new mail merge is a pain
in the butt, and the users just want their old mail merge back.

I went to tools, then options, then categories all commands and there is no
get data or create data category and when I clcik on Mail Merge helper I get
nothing.

Help.

From the Tools menu, select Customize and then on the Commands tab, select
the All Commands category and scoll down through the list commands until you
come to the Mail Merge Helper item. Click and drag it onto the toolbar.

Or, from the View menu, select Toolbars and then check the Mail Merge item.
That will turn on the Mail Merge toolbar, which has all of the buttons that
you need to create and execute mailmerges.
