mail merge all text in col 1
I am having problems ever since the SP3 update for word XP. When doing mail
merge letters, after print is pressed all the text from the line appears in the first space of the line creating some "interesting" looking prints. Any ideas how to fix this? Some additional information that may help - the connection between datasource and word doc is DDE not OLE as the OLE version converted English dates to American. |

Hi ?B?QWxsIHRleHQgYXBwZWFycyBpbiBmaXJzdCBzcGFjZSBvZi BsaW5l?=,
I am having problems ever since the SP3 update for word XP. When doing mail merge letters, after print is pressed all the text from the line appears in the first space of the line creating some "interesting" looking prints. Any ideas how to fix this? I'm inclined to think the problem is with the printer driver. Have you tried downloading and installing the newest driver from the manufacturer's website? If you're currently merging directly to the printer, you might also try first merging to a new document, then printing that. Some additional information that may help - the connection between datasource and word doc is DDE not OLE as the OLE version converted English dates to American.
