Marking document for future replacement
When I create a long Word (2003) document that has places that they need to
be filled in by other users, how can I mark those locations so that are easily located by the next person who must fill in the blanks. I am currently using 'XXXXX' to draw attention, but have to beleive that Word has a function that allows the next person to just step through the document and go directly to those areas that need to be filled in. |
