Default How do I remove multiple hyperlinks in one step in Word for Offic.

Have read about a method to remove multiple hyperlinks (while retaining the
text) in a single operation in Word for Office XP. Unfortuntely, don't recall
the source.

Jay -- works as advertised. Thanks! Originally I thought I could highlight
the pertinent portions and use Ctrl+Spacebar, but that only removes the
formatting, not the hyperlink.
