Default tick boxes

I am using Word 2007 and cannot work out how to put in a check/tick box. Can
anyone help me.

Hi jb2310

On the Developer Tab (if you cant see this click the Office button, Word
options, under popular tick the box show the developer tab in the ribbon).

On the Developer tab in the Controls section choose the Legacy tools (last
item on the bottom row) and you will see tick boxes there
