Default mail merge for envelopes keeps missing out an address line

I have three line for my address on an envelope but one line will not come
up. Also when I set up where I want it on the envelope is defaults to top
left corner.

Don't use the address block field. Use the individual address fields - see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm
The top left problem comes because you have not inserted the field(s) in the
frame that is part of the envelope address paragraph style. If you display
the formatting characters (CTRL+*) you will see exactly where the frame is
located. Alternatively start with the template you can download from my web
site.
Youi may find http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm useful also.
