Default runtime error

When I am downloading an application, and try to open it I get a message that
says: Mircosoft Library C++ debug library. It says abnormal termination. I
also see run time error sometimes. I just tried deleting the add ins like
I've seen in other topics, but the problem still occurs. I need help asap as
I have a paper due soon.

This indicates there's a COM Add-in on your system that's not running correctly.
Which application are you downloading? Which version of Word are you using?
