conditional content in Word
I have a Word document which has preformatted headers, footers, a watermark
and list of questions. As the page is filled out by the student, it may be more than one page long. I need the page numbers only show up in the footer if there is more than one page. Is there a way to do this? Note that every page must have the same header and footer format. |

You could insert a conditional page number field:
{ IF { PAGE } 1 { PAGE } } Mr. Dave wrote: I have a Word document which has preformatted headers, footers, a watermark and list of questions. Mr. Dave: Set up your page numbering so that it does not print on the first
page. Your page numbers will not show up until page 2 and succeeding pages. Unless you have divided the document iinto sections your header will show on every page unless you set the document to have a different first page (File, Page Setup, Layout).
