Default Deleting Comments in Track Changes

I have a large document where I want to accept all changes in my document.
However when I do this, any comments that were inserted into my document
remain. Do I need to go through the document and delete all comments
separately?

Thank you for your help.

Assuming Word 2002/2003, click the arrow beside Reject Change/Delete Comment
and choose Delete All Comments in Document.

Where do you find this button - I've been trying for days to remove the track
changes in a document (not created by me) and can't.

On the Reviewing toolbar (Word 2002 and 2003 only, mind you).
