Word 2007 Customising Ribbon
Can I add a text label to the buttons/icons that I place on the Quick Access
Toolbar? In earlier versions of Word I could have text and icon for my toolbar buttons which is more user friendly. |

Sorry, the QAT only does button images. The command name appears in a popup "tooltip" when the mouse pointer hovers over the button. You can repost this as a "suggestion" to Microsoft -- I think it would get a lot of 'yes' votes. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
