Slow documents from network
I have two machines recently imaged with XP and part of that image is Office
97 Pro. When the users go to Word, then Open a file from the network, it is soooooo slow. However if the user clicks My computer, the network drive, then the document, it opens fast. Why opening it through Word is it slow and just on the network drive, fast.. The same problem is with saving the documents. Your thoughts please.... |
