Default Word 2003 vertical alignment of text to a fixed spot on the page?

I am printing on a form that is perforated near the bottom for a receipt. I
want to always print the receipt information below the perforation. How do I
set the vertical spacing to force some of the printing to be below the
perforation?

For precise placement of text, you might do best to use a text box set to an
absolute position relative to the page.
