How to view the html source from a document in 2007
We just had 2007 downloaded on our work computers. When I save a document as
a web page , I do not find the "view html source" choice from the view menu and a search of the 2007 help page does not show an equivalent. |

Hi MathGal,
That feature was taken out of Word after Word 2003. You can view source either by doing a web page preview (not on the ribbon, but can be added via Office Button=Word Options=Customize=All Commands=Web Page Preview and viewing the source in your browser. You can turn on Word's conversion confirmation Office Button=Word Options=Advanced=General [x] Confirm file format conversion on open Then use Office Button=Open, select the web document and in the conversion choice choose 'plain text' ======== "mathgal" wrote in message ...
