Default Margins In Print Jobs are Off

Our network printer is printing fine for all of us, except one individual.
His left margin is really close to the edge of the paper. We've tried
adjusting the margin in "print set up", but that didn't work. Any other
suggestions?

Margins are set in Page Setup in Word. To change the default margins for new
documents, set appropriate margins and then click Default... See

I forgot to mention, this only happens in Outlook. His regular Word documents
print fine.
