Changing label size of mailing list w/o having to cut and paste
I want to convert a current mailing label list to a larger label (Avery
5163). Is there a way to do this without having to cut and paste the data from the current label to the new label? |

No. It's a lot easier when you maintain that information in a spreadsheet
then do a mail merge into whatever size label you want. Because you don't have that, copy and paste will be the fastest way. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "gwynne64" wrote in message ... Converting the current label document to a mail merge source might still be
quicker than cut/paste. See http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm for instructions. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
