Default Use A Section Format More Than Once

Is there a way to continue using a section format for another section further
down in your document?

I have a long report that contains large pictures that must be orientated
Landscape where the rest of the document is orientated Portrait. Our customer
insists on orientating the whole page differently, ie including headers and
footers. I have therefore created sections with different formats. Problem is
it keeps alternating back and forth, and I have to reformat the section
manually each time.

Is there a way to assign a particular section format to certain sections?
Failing that, is there a way to quickly copy a sections format to another
section?

Thanks for the help,
Graham

For reference see:
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting...onscontent.htm
Also for the Lanscape sections see:
See http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Format...apeSection.htm.
You could use the AutoText function to solve your copy format issue, ie
create the section with all its formating and sections breaks (ie before and
after), select these and create an Autotext for this.
For more on AutoText, see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/AutoText.htm.
Hope this helps

I believe you can also copy and paste section breaks or their formatting
(using Ctrl+Shift+C, Ctrl+Shift+V).
