My logo prints as a solid black rectangle instead of the art work that shows
on the screen. It is a .jpg file that I inserted into a Word document. |

How to print a logo
A few questions for you:
How does it appear in Print Preview? Can you print other images? Try a piece of clipart. Have you printed it from a different application? You can open the image with Internet Explorer and see how it prints from there as a test. How to print a logo
The usual reasons for this is because you have the Graphics setting too low
or you have a mono printer driver installed. If this continues, please let us know which version of Word and OS, if they are patched up to date and some information on the logo itself. -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "TreasureLand" wrote in message ...
