Text hidden in cells broken across page
I've modified a (stock) MS meeting minutes template, which is basically a
Word table. Many cells at the bottom of a page break across the page to the top of the next page. (I checked the option to break across the page in Table Properties for those rows.) The problem is that the last line of text in a cell on the last row of a page, and the first line of text in the continuing cell at the top of the next page are hidden from view. The text is all there, but for some reason the lines where the break occurs keep hiding beneath the table frame. I tried unchecking the "Specify Height" option on the "Row" tab of Table Properties, without success. I also notice that the lower page keeps bouncing up and down when I try typing in another cell, as if it's automatically repositioning the line. What's causing this problem, and how do I correct it? Thanks, -Robert |
